Before
The referral and relevant background information are reviewed to confirm that the assessment is appropriate.
During
Alana observes how the person manages at home, discusses their needs and considers their routines, environment and equipment.
Afterwards
You receive a written action plan with clear recommendations and suggested next steps.

Detailed architectural drawings are not included.
Contractors may need their own surveys and specifications.

Are building and equipment costs included?
No. Building, contractor and equipment costs are separate.
Will you recommend specific contractors or products?
No. Recommendations focus on what changes may help; sourcing contractors, products or quotes is your choice.
Will the report tell a builder exactly what to construct?
The report gives OT recommendations. Detailed specifications may require other professionals.
