Common questions

Is equipment provision guaranteed?

No. Eligible equipment may be supplied through local-authority routes, subject to their own eligibility, assessment and approval process. Quiet Confidence OT cannot guarantee provision. Privately purchased or hired equipment is separate from the assessment fee.

Can additional support be arranged?

Yes. Follow-up functional reviews, falls-focused assessments, mobility and transfer reviews, seating and positioning reviews, reablement programmes, family consultations and ongoing OT support can all be arranged and quoted separately.

If another service would be more appropriate, Alana will explain this clearly.
